Buu Chan

Meaning "little piggy" in Japanese, Buu Chan was my grandmother's childhood nickname and my love of food and the power it has to bring people together comes from her. Food is a way of connecting and a way of sharing across barriers. Buu Chan's offerings include influences from my Japanese and Chinese heritages as well as nods to Korean and Vietnamese cuisines. 

Currently serving the Bellingham community with many gluten-free and vegan options available.
