Sate Sauce

A Vietnamese umami bomb sauce made with a base of caramelized shallots, lots of lemongrass and dried shrimp, Thai chilies, ginger and garlic.

Great as a topper for eggs or rice, stir fry sauce for proteins or veggies or soup base!
